Why does video design cost so much?

Compared to the ‘big guys’ our boutique production company is amazingly affordable. (And just as talented). Your investment is going toward an extremely important business move: you are making it easier for viewers to be exposed to the information you are trying to communicate. Video is the perfect platform to do that.

What if what I am after is not on your price list?

We are completely open to creating all sorts of projects. Contact us regarding your idea and we will promptly let you know if we can help & quote accordingly.

What sort of payment plan do you offer?

We require 50% up front to secure your project booking, then the remaining 50% on project completion.

What is the video design process?

Once you accept our quote we will send over a Welcome Kit that includes a deposit invoice and a proposed project timeline. Once you have paid your deposit we will spend a little time getting to know you and your business better. We will send a questionnaire which will give us insight into exactly how your brand works. We will then gather your brand assets & script and construct a storyboard that shows step by step how your video will look. The magic then begins.

How will we communicate throughout the process?

We can be contacted via email and by appointment a phone meeting can also be arranged.

How long will the video production process take?

Each job is different. If you have a deadline in mind please let us know at the beginning of the process and we will let you know if we can achieve it. When we start working together we will send you a video proposal. This outlines your project timeline so you know when you can expect to hear from us and when we expect to hear from you.

What format will I get my project in?

We are happy to hand over most formats that will be required for HD Broadcast (1920x1080px .mov), highest quality for social media (usually 1920x1080px .mp4 or 1080×1080 square .mp4) and lower res / smaller dimension sizes for previewing. We can also provide mobile compatible formats including 3GPP & 3GPP2 (.3gp, .3g2) and WebM (.webm). Files will be uploaded to DropBox.
